Delicious Planet is a life-saver for the health-conscious and busy individual. Owned by Randi Carter, a graduate of the nutrition program at Bastyr University, Delicious Planet is a meal delivery service that emphasizes organic ingredients and high-fiber, low-fat recipes. Carter posts the weekly menu on her website every Wednesday, if it sounds good, notify her by Friday, and come Tuesday four entrees and a week's worth of salad will be delivered to your door, complete with "heat and eat" instructions. Carter posts a regular and vegetarian menu, and can also accommodate specific diets upon request. A sampling of weekly entrees finds such mouth-watering items as Cod with Mediterranean Salsa (substitute tempeh if you're vegetarian) and Chicken with Chevre and Peach Sauce.
